We are excited to announce the Highland Games 5k run/walk as part of the Kingsville - Essex Highland Games on Saturday June 22, 2024.
The run will take place on the trails throughout the beautiful Canadian Transportation Museum & Heritage Village. To celebrate the Scottish and Celtic culture 5k-ers are welcome to wear their favourite kilt or tartan pattern clothing! (WEARING A KILT IS NOT REQUIRED TO PARTICIPATE)
Included in your entry fee of $50 [until May 29th] is a finisher's gift, food at the finish line and free entry (value $25) to all the events happening that day.
Race start 8:30 a.m.
There will be race day registration: 7:30-8:15 a.m.
No dogs or strollers allowed during the run please

Canadian Transportation Museum and Heritage Village is the proud host of the 2024 Highland Games on Saturday, June 22! The Highland Games celebrates the Scottish and Celtic culture and features many events. Come and see the caber toss and hammer throw, cheer on the teams in the tug-of-war, watch traditional sheep herding.
